Hottie Chad Ochocinco in VH-1 Reality Show Scandal

I think he's gorgeous, but he's pissed off some potential contestants on his new show. The drama started immediately when camera began rolling Sunday on VH1’s “Ochocinco: The Ultimate Catch” in the Rose Bowl in Pasadena — with Chad eliminating most of the African-American women cast for the show. Emails posted on the Young, Black and Fabulous blog say Chad “has identity issues and primarily chose Latinas and white girls (mostly brunette’s). Many of the black girls were eliminated right off the back (including Rabbit from Real Chance of Love)… Long story short, Chad is intimidated by a successful black woman.” Another email from someone on the production team says: ”Now, when you watch the show it’s going to appear as if he had to narrow down 84 girls to 17! In reality 17 girls were pre-selected by the producers and flown to LA a week prior to do interviews and photo shoots for the show. The other 67 girls on set were extras filling in. When Chad arrived on set yesterday, he saw a mixed variety of nationalities that the producers had already pre-selected…five black girls, 5 spanish girls, 6 white girls, and a girl of middle eastern descent. He seemed rather upset and acted irritated. The producer felt that that he was unhappy and after talking to them off air, Chad wanted to revise the list of the pre-selected girls. He wanted to send home all of the Black girls and replace them with some of the Caucasian and Hispanic girls who were actually extras on set.” When I interviewed executive producer Bob Horowitz last week for my Sunday story about the show, he said that some Bengals teammates could appear on the show being filmed this month in Los Angeles. So I asked if Cheryl Burke, his ”Dancing with the Stars” partner who received a diamond ring and necklace from Chad, could be seen on the show too. Horowitz said: “I don’t think so. That isn’t our plan right now.” You can watch video from Chad filming his show at 11 p.m. tonight on VH1 here. Bet they won’t show much of the casting. ”The Ultimate Catch” premieres 9 p.m. July 11 on VH1.
