How old are the sons supposed to be on the show? Drew is 28 in real life, and Noah is 43. (Connor is 20.)

I'm in love with Connor Jessup. Soooo cute and sexy. And before you pounce, Pedo trolls, he's the same age as me.

Well, it started out pretty good but went off the rails at the end of the 3rd season. Nevertheless, Drew Roy is one fine piece of manmeat.

Just a clarification. Season 5 has not aired yet. It should air starting in June. Also, keep an eye on the younger son's hair. He debuts a new hairstyle every season. It is a running joke in some forums.

R3, then you should be happy to know he's playing gay in a new movie. It looks kinda good too!

R6 - Yes! He's very hot.

At first, I thought Drew Roy was the hot one (and he IS very sexy). But by the end of Season 1, I was totally hooked on Connor Jessup and have remained so throughout the series. Love this show.

First, it's still running... the final episodes are running this month, and then it's over for good.

Second, it's utterly awful.

Third, yeah, the lead's two older sons are hot... and get hotter with each season.

And finally... the series is utterly awful.

Is Connor Jessup (Ben) gay? He's playing in that gay themed movie linked at R6 and then he's playing in another gay short movie (see link). WTF?! Is there not that many acting roles in Canada, is there a reason he keeps playing gay? He's apparently a director now too, directing his own short movies. Yet he's still an actor, so he obviously chose to play gay in those two projects. I'm just confused.. is he just a gay friendly straight guy or is he gay?

R10 - I certainly hope so!

I can't believe a shitty show like Falling Skies gets five seasons, but Firefly and Almost Human and other really good shows get canceled after only half a season. Goddammit.

Is this a show people watch even though it's super-dumb, because there are hot guys on it? I tried that with "Supernatural," and lasted about a season before I said, "nope, fuck this, I have to keep SOME self-respect."

Connor Jessup is hot as fuck. Is he naked at all in Closet Monster? Would love to see his tight ass.

Well, R18, it must have had some fans for it to run for 5 seasons.

It was ok, goofy, way too self-serious sci-fi. Definitely better than most of the dreck on the actual SyFy network. Plus, hot guys. They got Drew Roy shirtless a lot, but Connor Jessup, maybe once that I can remember.

R4 is right. It was good for the first 3 seasons and then it went downhill after they introduced the Lexi character. Then the show got all Frauie with the "Family is everything even at the expense of everyone else!!1!" theme. Wonder if the directors/producers changed; same thing happened on the Walking Dead.

Off topic but Closet Monter is getting rave reviews at TIFF. For those of you who want to see it, it stars Connor Jessup from Falling Skies.

I very much agree. For me the only saving grace of Falling Skies were the two guys who played the sons. And at least Falling Skies featured aliens and had decent special effects (well, sometimes). But even the two hot guys don't make up for that stupid ending of the show.

Have to agree with r24. The series finale was very weak - a real disappointment.

I'd guess gay themed shorts get some attention through the independent movie festival circuit which could result in more acting gigs.

It's a great show to watch while excercising. I loved riding on my spin bike watching it.
