hilarious that little Scoot got so choked up tonight when Toller openly ridiculed his skating and Olympic win. I remember reading that when Hamilton was competing another famous but unnamed skater pulled him aside and told him to knock off the the fundie homophobic bullshit he was always spewing at the rink.

As long as he's still making money from endorsements or whatever he won't come out. I can't help but wonder too if people like Scott Hamilton are pressuring him not to. I hope though, if he feels comfortable with it and himself, that one day he takes that step. R35, Evan never got any big endorsements, IIRC. He was sponsored by some big companies, but never ever endorsed a national brand of anything. Few male skaters do.
