As someone who is of average fitness and working very hard to get buff, I certainly feel jealousy, but also a deep curiosity. I am pretty driven but there are days I just can't make it to the gym (I work, have full-time school, and live on my own, pretty much) or manage to cook healthy meals, or adhere to as healthy a lifestyle as I'd want.

There are weightlifting splits I've attempted that have simply not worked due to my poor genetics. Fortunately, I've sort of narrowed down what does work for me.
