Kerwin Mathews - Have We Ever Discussed Him Here?
He was the star of most of those Ray Harryhausen special effects movies ("The Seventh Voyage of Sinbad," "The Three Worlds of Gulliver," etc.) and did some other TV and movie work. Kind of hot, and definitely one of us.
[quote]He retired from acting in 1978 and moved to San Francisco, where he ran a clothing and antiques shop. He died in his sleep in San Francisco on July 5, 2007 at the age of 81. He was survived by his partner of 46 years, Tom Nicoll.

He was very handsome as a young man. Decent actor, too. Not too long ago I saw him in a movie called Five Against the House (featuring a young Kim Novak)

OP here ... the reason I posted this is because I watching "The Last Blitzkrieg" in which he costarred with Van Johnson. That prompted me to look him up on IMDB and Wikipedia. I vaguely remember those Harryhausen movies from my youth, but I really didn't remember him at all. And I had no idea he was gay.
