That is a typical mistake in nose jobs. He had a wide nose with a bulbous tip. Narrowing it made it worse because the surgeon formed the tip into a point which might look somewhat decent from a frontal view but a mess from the profile.

That's not plastic surgery. That's a Jewish kid who grew up. He's more Jewish-looking now. It's only his side profile where his nose looks "pointy." When seen from the front, it's still rounded at the bottom. Notice they don't show any side profiles go him as a kid. I'm betting his nose was pointy then too, only slightly less so because he was younger.
