Malala the Palestinian girl didn't win the Nobel Peace Prize
Diane Sawyer and Christiane Amanpour are going to be FURIOUS!
Prepare to see an angry American mommy frau as ABC News' Person of the Week
You mean Malala, the girl from [bold]Pakistan[/bold]?
what the fuck made you think Malala is Palestinian, OP?
OP is a cunting dumb-ass
If she was Palestinian the media would never have covered her story.
Making fun of fraus and doesn't know shit from shinola.
OP must be Fox news watcher and Limbaugh listener.
The girl should have won! She is putting her life on the line, speaking out about the importance of education. She got shot over this and almost died! She got the attention of the entire world and is risking her life -- the Pakistani Taliban is now after her. Meanwhile, a dumb short story writer gets it instead. This is the same organization that awarded Obama, so it doesn't really surprise me.
OP is a dick. He would shit his pants if he had the Taliban shooting at him.
Meanwhile, he pulls the stereotypical women-hating gay man routine, which has gotten REALLY old and is embarrassing to the gay community.
R7 thinks this girl was beaten out for the Nobel Peace Prize by Alice Munro.
Yes, R8, we can read.
R10, why so testy?
She didn't deserve it. Do her champions feel that Mary Jo Buttafucco was also denied?
She seems to have a profwsaional publicity drive behind her. In 20 years if she's actually advanced world peace, perhaps she'll deserve it.
Some of you men are idiots. Do you not understand that she was a teen-ager going to school when the Taliban boarded her school bus and shot her in the head? And she was shot for being a female going to school and advocating that other girls go to school. She was in a backwater and nearly died. A British medical specialist happened to be in the area and probably saved her life by consulting and then taking her back to England.
The Taliban has now threatened her life again, saying they will target her. Do you bozos not understand that the best way to control overpopulation is to educate girls? Women with education have fewer children. Regardless of the Nobel Prize, which she probably should have won if the committee weren't a bunch of old farts, she is beyond brave. She has not let a bunch of terrorists keep her down even after they nearly killed her. We should all be so dedicated and courageous.

Omfg, this idiot doesn't know the difference between the Nobel peace prize and the Nobel prize for lit.
R13 = B. Obama
Believing that Malala shouldn't get the Nobel Peace Prize doesn't automatically mean that one doesn't know about or sympathize with her story. You hysterical fraus have simply got to calm down.
It is possible to admire and respect that little girl without believing she deserves the Nobel Peace Prize.
Since you seem hell bent on bitching and moaning without actually doing anything useful, allow me to assist you.
Here is a link to the Malala Fund. Dataloungers who are putting together end of the year charitable donations should consider adding it to their list.
She fired her agent and manager after learning Jon Stewart is a Jew!

R15 I work in the United Nations system, based in Geneva. If you were a bit more educated you'd know there is nothing unusual about this story. Why do USA women so often latch on to one particular story and make a fuss about it? It's an odd phenomenon. It's a very frau phenomenon... the Sharon Stone/Oprah Syndrome.
touching shot of Obama, Michelle, Daughter and Malala
Sorry, but now maybe she'll get out of the media for a while. Children have no business being spokespersons with PR driven , manufactured sound bites. She is irritating. I'm sure she cried when she found out she did not get the prize.
Yes, what happened was a tragedy, but children have no business in adult roles. She is a pawn used by the media as much as by the Taliban.
If anything, her win will raise her profile in the media.
I can't tell you how pleased I am that someone with an ignorant grasp of geography is f&fed

Perhaps it is because the media is so obsessed with Palestinians that the name transposition occurred so readily.
