Will someone pay my $95 fine for not getting health insurance?
I'll send a nude photo.
Photo first, then the money.
No one wants your photo OP. You're fat.
r2 you're lying, you're lying I've never been so thin... You're lying because you are sleeping with that girl who thinks she is better than everybody but she ain't better than anyone, she's just common.
I don't think you'll owe it til you fill out your taxes for 2014, no?
Don't pay it. As of right now, nothing will happen to you if you don't pay.
Make sure you don't overpay your taxes during the year.
If you are not entitled to a refund the government can collect.
why would you opt to pay $95 if you have 80+ options to choose from???? if you're too obstinate to choose a plan you deserve to pay the fee.
Isn't it the case that you have to self-admit on your tax form that you don't have insurance? I read it's like other things where you have to decide for yourself what your chances of being audited are.
Ok, but it's about $5K to walk into an ER for treatment.
I love you, R3.
it's not $95, it's whichever is greater: $95 or 1% or your taxable income. Next year it's bumped up to 2%, then 2.5% the following year and every year after that.
Just put a note at the bottom of your 1040-A "I am in a group"
Ok. Will you blow me for the covering the cost of treating deadbeats who shift their health costs to the rest of us?

Many, many in the 50 to 65K range in major cities (no assistance) have to choice but to opt out as they don't have a spare 300 lying around after expenses.
Student loans, medical debt, credit card debt and a host of other reasons make the plan UNAFFORDABLE for many.
"medical debt....and a host of other reasons make the plan UNAFFORDABLE for many."
Try to put 2 + 2 together.
Can't you "conscientiously object"? Like, medicine goes against your beliefs or something?
What about Christian Scientists? Aren't they prohibited from seeing doctors?
