It's a show hosted by an openly gay male, so DL is not interested.
It's a show hosted by a queeny gay male, so DL wants to burn him at the stake.
Who would win in a fist fight between Ross and Perez Hilton?
I like Ross. He's Queeny but he's also sweet and thoughtful. The total opposite of Perez Hilton. The problem with the show is that there is no promotion. Is it on E!? I would probably watch if I know where to find it. Have to say that I DO NOT like his mentor Chelsea Handler.
Yes, it's on E! Right now I believe it's only one show per week...not sure if that's going to change eventually or not.
I like ross but he needs some decent guests!
Overall I like Ross. I think he's funny and I like when he's on Chelsea Lately. He is a queen but he's not a cunt queen. I'm not sure if I want a whole show hearing his voice, but I can take him in small doses and hope his show succeeds.
I started watching it, and when I realized it would be a celebrity blowjob-fest, I turned it off. There's a difference between "fanboy" and "cloying".
This week's show ended with he, Joey Fatone and Lance Bass all trying to fuck each other, but they couldn't get close enough because they're all TOO FAT.
Support Ross. He's unabashedly gay and affirming. I hope his show is successful and gets expanded beyond 'once a week'.
Who watches "E"?
I only had it on because the Fashion Police come on right before, and I wanted to jack off to George Kotsiopolis' bare ankles.
Overall I like Ross. Like that he's not being the bitter queen spewing venom.
Show has lots of potential. Needs some fine tuning, but every new show does. Also needs a lot more promotion.
Will likely start getting bigger guests once it gets more established. The hardest thing for any new talk show is booking celebrities. Generally in the first few months, the guests are D-level. Either that or they're friends with the host and doing him/her a favor by coming on.
Sing it, R14!
R10. "ended with he"-- really?
Ross' mentor is Jay Leno, not Chelsea handler.
R10 has an eating disorder.
Who was the female illusionist who hosted a show on the Style channel? His shtick was presenting himself as a cross between Donna Reed and Martha Stewart.
Did you watch the episode of Jeff Lewis' "Interior Therapy" last year, when Ross and his partner were on it? Ross most definitely did NOT come across as "sweet and thoughtful"! He was a selfish, bitchy diva, with no regard for what his partner wanted their house to be.
Is this the sequel to Friends? Is Ross still with Rachel? How's their daughter, Emma? Is he still at the museum? please TELL ME.
I was attracted to him in kind of a Wibur the Pig from Charlotte's Web way, but he showed his true colors on 'Interior Therapy'. It sickened me that I had fantasized to climax about him following that.
R19 are you thinking of Brini Maxwell? WEHT?
I love Ross and have for a while. His podcast (Josh & Ross) is hilarious. He's very funny, I'd love to have a drink with him.
The E show looks cheap to produce so hopefully they'll stick with it until he gets a decent audience. I'll be watching.
Yes, Brini Maxwell. That's it. Thanks, r23. I loved that person.
He had porn bottom Chris Crocker on this week discussing his "leave Britney alone" rant. How timely.
Chris seemed a little bitter Britney never reached out to him.
I like Ross, but I agree that the show is too much of a celeb lovefest.
Brini is a minister now. He's licensed to marry couples as Brini Maxell. This is somewhat off topic, but former horror movie host Wolfman Mac is also ministered to wed couples in the persona of Wolfman Mac.
Something about Ross and his show reminds me of Pee Wee Herman. He has that asexual naive quality and an uncritical love for trash culture.
A friend has had him. He's a well hung bottom, in case you were curious.
He is at his best in his man-on-the-street bits, which is what got him noticed in the first place on Leno. More of that improvisational comedy and interaction with real people, and his show could be quite good. Right now, it's cute, but it has potential.
Ross is the House Faggot; it's one step away from minstrelsy...
He was also a cranky queen on Celebrity Fit Club. Although there were far crankier, far queenier men AND women on that same season...
[hello, Dustin Diamond!]
I saw some of his first show and it would be something that I'd watch again except for one thing. His voice drives me crazy! He gets excited the voice gets louder.
R30 is the oldest living DLer.
brini maxwell wow blast form the past.
Shaw the first show and though I don't dislike Ross at all, I found it frenzied and manic, sort of like Saint Vitus Dance. If only he relaxed a bit, it would be more entertaining. Although E is hardly the network for quality programming! Think Ryan Lochte, the Krudashians, Fahion Police, and you'll get what I mean!
He's hilarious. This week he took fans on a tour of Hollywood like the free clinic. The whole thing was funny, like when he was almost hit but a hanging street light.
I really enjoy Ross. He has hi energy, is quick witted and upbeat. I think he will progress very well as time goes on. I have watched both of his first shows and loved it. I wish him much success.
You are easily amused, r36. I envy that.
Does he ever remove his clothing for comic effect?
I like him and I hope he's show will be a success.
[quote]You are easily amused, [R36]. I envy that.
That was only a clip, the bit was longer. You're going to die alone and bitter. Have a nice day.
r41, I am going to die alone and bitter because I did not think a phony and derivative skit about Hollywood tour buses was funny? Wow.
My mom said she hated the way Ross was to his partner on that HGTV show as many others have said in the upthread. Hmm maybe he's a jerk .
He was nice to his bf on House Hunters. I think Bravo made him 'up the drama' for that Interior Therapy show...that show is kind of a farce where they make it look like Jeff Lewis "fixes" all their relationship problems by the end of the hour.
I love Ross and I'm glad that he has his own show. I hope it's a huge success.
As for the show itself, I don't like it. I watched it once and it's silly and vacuous. It's about things and people I don't care about. The most ridiculous and stupid aspects of pop culture. If his target audience is 12 year old fangirls, then great. But I'm an adult and I don't watch crap like that.
But I love Ross. I just wish he'd grow up and show a more mature side to himself. Maturity isn't funny though, is it.
Brini Maxwell! "Now why didn't you think of that?"
Ross needs to calm down a lot and be less manic. He's a sweet guy, and sometimes funny, but he can't dance all over the place and get the studio audience and/or home audience in his court.
I had not seen him on anything other than his old Jay Leno appearances, and the Jeff Lewis makeover show. I watched his show, and the Chelsea Handler show with him on it, this week. I actually liked him on Chelsea Handler (though I can't stand her at all), but he seemed way too manic to deal with on his own show. I really doubt it will last.
Kissing Lindsay Lohan's ass is not a cute look. I really think they should just replace Chelsea Handler with Ross...her show works better for him.
I love Ross and enjoy the show. It should be an hour because it goes by too darn fast!
It's on E! right after Fashion Police on Friday night.
I wanted to watch the red carpet on E! last night before the Emmys and it took me forever to find the channel on my cable. There was a time when I would know the channel number by heart.
I love "Hello Ross." It just got greenlit for more episodes. So happy to hear that.
