What is this about? I looked at the trailer and there is no Jayne Mansfield character.
It's not nice to use the title to fool moviegoers.
A young man in the 1940s raises a family in Alabama after his wife leaves him for an Englishman and moves to England. When the wife dies, she leaves a request to be brought back to Alabama to be buried, and at that point the man hasn't seen her in nearly 30 years. The two families - her original family she abandoned and her English family - meet and make an attempt to adjust to each other, with uneven results
Why has Mariska never talked about what it was like being in the back seat of that car when her mother was decapitated? And before I'm attacked by all those who claim Jayne didn't lose her head, she sure did. Shaved off, including the wig.
And you know this, how, r3?
The film has already opened up on-demand. A critic on local NY1 station here in NYC gave it an awful review.
Marishka was too little to remember anything. (Thankfully)
Who's her gf?
What is she-- headless?
This film was made almost 5 years ago. It must be catastrophically awful to be released this late.
It's already available via On-Demand
Mariska is not happy about the use of her mother's name.
