I suppose the YMCA pose is banned for numerous reasons in Egypt.
What does OOOO even mean?
r7 The Turks stole it.
hot to death
I popped a pyramid in my panties!
They all have constipated face
Did they all come from the same box? I'd like to order me one.
The second from left looks the hottest.
OP this is not new or current. The photo shoot can be seen on musclegallery.com and it's from a few years ago.
Also, those guys are HOT. Fuck all of you anti-muscle queens. You skinny to average-body lovers have horrible taste. Muscles are hot.
I like muscles & fit but not to that degree.. it looks too steroided and bodybuilder for my tastes.
Gurl, if this is what Egyptians look like, I don't understand why everyone was in such a hurry to leave!
Nope. No gay sex going on in the Arab world. Move it along folks. Nothing gay to see here.
Incredibly hot dudes. When I was in Egypt, I was amazed at how hot the dudes are there, and they are very friendly.
In what way, R21?
Pose like an E-gyp-tian......
Doesn't Islam forbid people from showing their bodies more strictly than Christianity does?
Is this some kind of sexist rule that only applies to women but muslim men can go as shirtless as they want to?
Oh, the pit stench must have been blinding.
Umm, has anyone taken a good look at their faces?! They sho r ugly.
Yeah, 2nd from right might be good looking, but the others are over-compensating for fugly faces. The two on either end.. Yikes!
Face > body
I don't like men with too many muscles.
2nd from left has Spock ears
Do they come as a set?
Bodybuilding is a sin.
R31, I doubt it.
They can't even fit into a suicide vest and even if they could, they can't possibly get their arms in front of them to detonate.
Some arab/muslim bodybuilders do homoerotic videos that obviously are addressed to gay guys in the west. I find it puzzling that them coming from muslim countries where homosexualit is condemned can do homoerotic videos so freely.
Someone who understands this contradiction?
R35 Overpopulation, no jobs, no skills. Anything for a bit of income to support their families. They are probably publicly homophobic as well, despite what they do in private.
If they are homophobic then choosing bodybuilding was not their best choice because bodybuiding is homoerotic by default :P
R37 In your mind. Not in theirs.
Cairo is my favorite city. IMHO so many hot guys there. More than NYC where I'm from.
I really prefer hots guy with dark looks so maybe it's just a matter of taste.
There are stories on the net told by ordinary guys and some bodybuilders who have competed in the Middle East about how they have been hit on by arab bodybuilders when there is enough privacy safe from islamic eyes.
They usually tell that arab bodybuilders are top generally and are very straightfoward when they like a guy.
Looks like the set of Jersey Shore.
Steroids can be bought over the counter in Egypt.
Everybody seems to love arab bodybuilders... It must not be only their muscles but also that old myth that says arab men are hung...
There are usually a few Egyptian guys on Chaturbate. "Straight," of course.
Considering how oppressive and violent Islam is one would think that bodybuilding would be seen as sinful for exhibiting the human body nearly naked and the poses that certainly have a degree or erotic overtones and also this activity is ego-driven, appearance-based, etc.
In bodybuilding contests in the Middle East you are allowed to touch a bodybuilder's muscles. It is a very common thing and if you are a bodybuilder you better let people touch your muscles because it is kind of disrespectful not to let poeple feel them.
There is website with an story told by a homosexual men who is a journalist who once flew over to Egypt and he told about a few times when he was hit on by Egyptian men. One when a taxy driver told him freely that he liked men. The journalist, however, prefered to keep his homosexuality a secret so as not to cause himself any troubles while being in a homophobic country.
You forget, R45-these are men.
I find all of these guys extremely hot (body AND face).
Grody to the max.
What's not to like about Egyptian bodybuilders?
Just look at this hunk. I has a nice pair of huge... just look at the pic ^_______^
Here's the background blurb from the photographer herself:
[quote]One of the sporting activities that young Egyptian men enjoy and in which they do well competitively is apparently bodybuilding. Anyone who has ever met me will know that I do not go in for lifting heavy weights and creating muscles that can quiver and jiggle, but I do have a client who brings me the latest in Egypt's bodybuilders every year. Ulrich is a photographer from New York who contacted me last year to do a photo shoot with some of Egypt's competitors at an international contest, and he contacted me again this year. He likes to take pictures at quiet pyramids and use horses in the photos. I help him out with both. It's certainly good for three days of work and a few laughs.
[quote]Believe me, trying to get these guys on the horses is a hoot. In the first place, if anything they are even more concerned with their male dignity than your garden variety Egyptian male. And quite frankly all those muscles don't flex so well, nor are they of the right variety for riding. I'm sure there are some eyebrows raised among the guards at the rockpiles where we shoot when they see all these almost naked young men (I didn't post the Speedo shots) and I'm the only woman. Not actually my taste, however.
MuscleGallery, I have visited that website before.
Isn't it too risky being from a highly homophobic country where religion is so strong and still participate in videos that are for gay guys?
If someone told me these arab bodybuilders have no idea the videos are made for gay guys I would simply not believe it.
Those vids are very homoerotic, the clothes (or lack of them :P), the posing, etc.
Perhaps, as I have read, as long as the word "gay" is not being used, there is no problem with Muslim bodybuilders participating in activities heavily homoerotically charged as bodybuilding itself is.
It's not gay if you don't kiss.
If an action delibarately seeks the attention of gay men erotically/sensually/sexually, then it is completely gay.
r45 You are talking about penised people, so it's OK. They only want to marginalize and subjugate the vagina'ed people.
I thought that for Egyptian men over 20 any increase in body mass was solely body hair.
The most conservative countries ahve the most attractive bodybuilders.
Have you seen African bodybuilding contests? African bodybuilders will usually dance in seductive ways and a lot of pelvis moves :P
And arab bodybuilders also dance in suggestive ways sometimes when their background music is arabic.
Disguising bodybuilding as a sport makes these homo-erotic photoshoots and videos possible, otherwise I don't think they would be allowed this being them muslims...
And I don't think these videos are sold in the Middle East either but I do think these bodybuilders know very well who these videos and photographs are targeting. Only a fool would have no clue that these things are made for gay audience in the west.
I don't understand how islam approves of bodybuilding, but bring us more pics of these men!
Steroids are so hot.
Is that an obelisk in your pants, or are you just happy to see me?
Become a bodybuilder, compete in the Middle East and then wait for the offers you'll get from rich men... :P
Steroids, don't seem to affect Middle Eastern bodybuilders down there...
I like Middle Eastern and Egyptian bodybuilders. They kind of intrigue me a bit.
There is no doubt that bodybuilding is a highly homo-erotic activity, but when exerted in islamic countries it comes off as contradictory and defying of their religion which is very restictive in all terms.
As far as I know, there is a rule for men as to how undressed they can go. In this sense, bodybuilding violates islamic rules for men's clothing and how covered their bodies must be.
Not only that, there is an implicit level of sensuality in the exhibition of a man's body in bodybuilding, especially from those who prepare "racy" routines on purpose like that of the video above this comment that probably islam would not approve of.
I was in Egypt once and found the men lacking downstairs.
R19. yea well you better study up on BAcchi boys cause the arabs have been screwing little boys for over 2,000 years
Pedophilia and homosexuality are not the same thing so you are doing wrong in equating them.
R93 . another datalounge idiot. pull up about bacchi boys before you open your stupid trap.damn you little trolls are just without brains
Are there Middle Eastern competitive swimmers?
Quite a bunch of Egyptian bodybuilders have participated in videos made by MuscleGallery.
I simply don't understand how the company gets to work with those bodybuilders considering that the company makes homoerotic videos and those men come from a homophobic muslim country.
Perhaps, the homoerotic factor is acknowledged but deliberately ignored...
Not ignored but condoned and disguised as "artistic".
"Oh my God. I'm back. I'm home. All the time, it was... We finally really did it ... You Maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell!"
We are switching to the new platform for The DataLounge this weekend. All of our mobile users have been using it for over a week and all first time users have been using it for about a month - which adds up to well over one million users. So we're ready to end this phase of the testing and move everybody to the new site. (more)
And yes, we've changed the look and some of how it operates.
Yes, we know you just *hate* it in well in advance.
Yes, we know we suck.
Yes, we are the biggest suckers that ever sucked.
But it was time for a change and with the huge shift to mobile it was long overdue. We've taken this opportunity not only to update the look but also make major changes under the hood (or "bonnet" if you're either British or pretentious or both). And we have to prepare for 2016 - a presidential election year where we can normally expect to see a 60% jump in traffic (yes, we've seen 5 presidential elections so far…Christ we're old).
The site has a bunch - nay, plethora - of new features which will make the site more usable: better search, the ability to ignore posters and threads, see link previews, to pick up a thread where you left off, spam and malware filtering and more.
If you want you can go explore and see for yourself, Click here.
And while running the tests we've noticed two interesting reactions to the new system - people are spending more time on the site and more people that come stay around longer and look at more stuff. Both good things. Yay!
Possibly we've not slain all the dragons and there will be issues that come up during the switchover. There's a help button in the lower right hand corner of the page which you can use to send us bug reports.
Please include as much information about the hardware (PC, Mac, Tablet, Phone etc), operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS etc) and browser (Chrome, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer etc) that you are using as possible to help us replicate and fix the problem.
Please note that complaints about colors, fonts, icons and the like are not "bugs" - they are design choices that we've made and we expect one or two cases of world-class bitching. But they won't actually cause headaches, scurvy, heart attacks, Restless Leg Syndrome, Morgellon's Disease or the vapors (but have your smelling salts at hand just in case).
Talking to DataLounge servers. Please wait a moment...
