I'm really looking forward to this show. I'm very interested in how effective Kelly Ziegler has been in court all the way back to the Susan Wright case.
I love this show.
Watched this for the first time last night and was thrown by the end. They investigate this 23 year old murder, find what seems good evidence to at least link this guy to the murder but the local DA wasn't satisfied and wanted more investigation done before looking for an arrest & going to trial.
At the end of the show they say the the DA's office is continuing investigating the case.
In the meantime, they have aired this show, made public the name of the suspect and all the evidence they have against him. Why would they do this? If the case isn't 100% resolved shouldn't they not have aired the show and given away what could be the basis of the case against the guy?
