Ohio Abortion Restrictions: Gov. John Kasich Signs New State Budget Containing Anti-Abortion Measures
With the passage of Ohio's new state budget, women in that state have lost access to low-cost family planning services, access to public hospitals during a health emergency and their right to privacy.
The budget also included several controversial anti-abortion measures, including one that will force any woman seeking an abortion to undergo a trans-abdominal ultrasound.
When is an abortion pill going to be on the market to end this Repug bullshit?
Thank you for this thread, OP. It also redefines 'pregnancy.'
Rachel had reported that the women of OH had demanded a line-item veto. They were hopeful because Kasich had been trying to become more moderate after his failure/overreach to destroy OH unions.
I really do wish more people watched Rachel because she reports on issues that is not covered by mainstream media. People who watch Rachel are just more aware.
How awful of a state expecting a woman to close her legs and accept personal responsibility for her own life decisions.
As a gay man, I guess you'd say the same about gay men who get HIV/AIDS from unprotected sex.
R3, really? So you support socialism then? Good because I want the state to tell people to close their traps and take their guns.
How awful that the state would want to protect it's citizens from gun violence.
