I guess this is entirely too cerebral for Datalounge...
No, I think that many of us DLers are not terribly interested in twelve-tone music. There are a lot of people here interested in medicine, law, analytic philosophy, political science, linguistics, economics, and physics. Music theory? Not so much.
Someone will come along who loves it, OP.
I don't get it.
R4, it's not really [italic]about[/italic] 12 tone music. I mean, it uses 12 tone music to explain an interesting concept. Plus the constant rags on copyright law are pretty funny.
It's got many levels... the nature of meaning and perception among them.
Cool, but wake me up when someone creates a 30 cliff notes edition.
Looked. Sweet. But ah, student days -- btdt.
I enjoyed it, OP, but it was too long. I only made it halfway through before the monontony of the voice did me in. The ideas and presentation were way cool.
I got about 2 minutes into it before I realized I was watching someone's manic phase.
Sorry, OP. It's not interesting enough for me to sit through the remaining 28 minutes.
