Injured myself at the gym and now can't move - BACK PAIN

Oh holy CRAP. Last night I worked out (swam laps) and then sat in the sauna for a while. Stood up, seemed to pull something, felt a back twinge, but went on my merry way. Woke up this morning in such intense pain that it hurt to put my feet on the floor and get out of bed. Hobbled to shower. Didn't help. Took several Advil and made it into work, but over the course of the day, the pain has radiated down my legs and now I'm finding it hard to walk or lie down. I just tried some Icy Hot on my lower back and am propped up on hurts just to wiggle my legs. WILL THIS GO AWAY? Help.
