Do you think Zumba and dance dance revolution actually helps you lose weight?
I haven't had experience with either but I heard you could lose weight with them. Discuss.
Anything that gets you up off the couch and moving will help you lose weight. But you don't need an infomercial program or video game to do it. Just turn on the radio and dance around your living room.
Dancing of any kind is a far easier form of aerobics. The music stimulates your mind and keeps this form of exercise from being too boring; you probably won't stop/drop out as quickly. Remember if you bend your knees and use your arms you're probably going to be using different muscles, so expect some soreness.
