Any suggestions on how to prepare them? Do they bake well with salt and pepper and olive oil and caramelize? Do you marinate them in some way? I've used frozen artichokes that were basically already cooked, like Bird's Eye, by adding them to pasta dishes and such but I've never even see frozen raw ones before, imported or not. TIA
