were they alive today, would be retired and elderly, even Peggy.
Not everyone, dear.
It's weird that you think things like this are weird.
Not really, my parents are that age. One is dead, the other is disabled. They divorced long ago.
With the way they smoked and drank, it's unlikely many of them would still be alive.
why is that weird?
All the people on "Downton Abbey" would be dead.
[quote]With the way they smoked and drank, it's unlikely many of them would still be alive.
Not really. Most of my parent's friends all smoked and drank like there was no tomorrow, but then they had that Come to Jesus moment in the 1970's where they suddenly got serious about their health, and it's amazing how many are still around in their late 80's and early 90's.
Peggy's UWS condo would be worth roughly 100x more than what she paid for it.
If I recall, Peggy keeps saying she bought the entire building so had she held onto it through the 70s and 80s, she'd be rolling in it.
Joan would need a walker just for her tits.
The characters on the Untouchables too.
...and she'd still be dressing as if it were 1962.
Bob Benson Draper
It's weird to think that everyone on I Love Lucy IS dead.
Fred Flintstone is oil now...
We're still kicking, bitches.
Keith Thibadeaux & Shirley Mitchell
Most have stopped smoking. They have replaced the scotch with wine.
I'm 56, gay, still kicking high, living at my brother Gene's, and giving blow jobs at cinema bathrooms.
After all, people go to the movies when they're sad.
Sally would be pushing 60. The babies on the show would be in their late 40s.
r18 I hope you're not serious. "Giving blowjobs at cinema bathrooms"? Ugh.
r21 buy a clue, maybe some vowels as well.
I wanna do a Mad Men tour.
Peggy turned 26 on May 25 1965 (according to The Suitcase), so she would be having her 74th birthday in a few days.
I did the math, and I'm basically the same age as baby Gene. The mind reels...
I'm the same age as baby Kevin and grew up with lots of Kevin's born in 1966. How many Megans were born in Montreal to French parents in the 40s I have no idea, but someone must researched it.
I already died some fifty years, one box of Nice & Easy and 2,000 pints of ice cream ago....
Megan went on to become a huge iconic soap actress a la Robin Strasser.
It's so weird to think that everyone on Little House on the Prairie would be dead. Even little Carrie.
