I'm currently 170 lbs, but I'm thinking I need to lose 10 - 15 lbs in order to be at a weight where I don't look sickly. Is that about right?
I'm sure that you're a very striking woman just the way you are.
140 at the most.
Are you a male or female? Have you been slimmer before? If so, how did you look?
agree. be under 140.
If you're a man and you're 5'10, 170 is not necessarily too much if you're muscular.
Under 140 for 5'10 is SKINNY.
I'm 5'10" and weigh 155.4, I feel really fat. ...no joke.
Somewhere between 250 and 310.
I think 160 to 170, everyone is different.
Height-weight proportion is extremely variable.
I'm 5'10 180# and I have a bit of a belly and some unsightly flabby areas around my chest.
But then I'll go on Craigslist and see guys who are 5'10 180#, and they are ripped and lean. Some are muscular, but not all.
Body types vary greatly, so rather than a number weight, you should be shooting for a look.
When you're happy with how your body looks, then you're at the right weight. Personally, I need to get down to about 160 and cut my fat, before my body starts to look better.
And no, manorexic is NOT a good look.
Your weight appears to be normal, OP. But you already knew that!
As long as your waist doesn't exceed 30" and your dick is over 8", you may remain at 170, OP.
For 5'10" males: 160 lbs +/- 10% is considered a healthy weight. So, 144 lbs - 176 lbs is a healthy range, and as already stated, depends on your frame (smaller/willowy - larger/muscular).
Range for 5'10" females: 135 lbs - 165 lbs based on same criteria above.
178 at 5' 10' w/ a 32 waist is possible and normal for a fit guy in his 20s, early 30s.
165 to 160 is probably about right. For an athletic man.
According to the CDC, the healthy weight range for a 5' 10" male is between 125 - 172 lbs. It probably depends on how much of your weight is muscle, OP.
According to "Men's Health" chart someone 5' 10" should weigh between 144 and 180 depending on their frame.
