As much as I love [italic]The Glass Castle[/italic] by Jeannette Walls, I cannot help but feel (after reading the novel) that she is revealing too much about her life. Some of the things she talks about in her novel like how her father almost prostituted her to other men are kind of damaging. I understand that what she went through was horrible, but I think she should have kept it hush hush. Reading one horrid description after another, I really think she shouldn't have written it as much as I enjoyed it. Her mother is still alive. I wonder how she felt.
