I've decided not to watch Avatar since it's not as great on home screen as it is in theaters, so I'm deciding whether or not I should watch skyfall. I seen the train clip and it seems pretty awesome. Plus, the review it got on pajiba was rad. Thoughts?
It's an exciting movie, OP.
Go for it.
Oh for fucks sake OP. We already saw your thread about Avatar and it seems you don't have the backbone to make any decision on your own. About which movies to watch of all things. You sound like a total loser.
Why don't you just shut the fuck up, watch all of the movies and then don't come back here and tell us what you think? OK?
[quote] I seen the train clip and it seems pretty awesome.
It's maybe a bit pretentious, but much darker than earlier Bond movies. I liked it, but it's not a particularly great movie. Take it for what it is.
Please help me DL. Should I out strawberry or blueberry jam on my toast?
Hungrily waiting for a response.
NO. Ridiculous plot holes everywhere.
I'd rather watch Avatar or Inception again.
I thought it was slow.
Comparing Skyfall to Avatar is like comparing Citizen Kane to The Room.
Skyfall really does have a lot of dumbass plot holes but I thought it was totally entertaining and fun throughout. Avatar and Inception, especially the former, are both dull.
I thought it was a bit meh. Too generic for my taste, like all Bond movies.
I saw it on an IMAX screen when it first came out; if I was going to see a film like that I thought I'd go all in. I live in London so Skyfall was a must see. It was all right for a Bond film. I don't remember much about it. I think I still preferred The Spy Who Loved Me. Of the Daniel Craig Bonds, I think I still prefer most of Casino Royale.
Also, Judi Dench isn't much of an action star. Skyfall contains undoubtedly some of her worst acting.
That's the second or third "I seen" I have seen on Datalounge within the last couple of weeks.
Do we have an "I seen" troll?
"I seen" OP? good lord.
I have watched it twice and I love it! It is a bit dark in areas and has a shocking ending, so I would say, yes, watch it!!
'I seen ...' Really!? Next.
No. Instead, stay home and study grammar a little bit. Please.
It's good but falls into the ridiculous nothing can kill this man at the end. Didn't recognize Albert Finney at all.
It's got amazing cinematography.
it's a great movie, one of the very best Bond films ever. extremely entertaining.
