The single most pukeworthy thread and link posted on the DL for at least a year. And that includes the cannibalism threads.
"I'm more beautiful than I thought!" Tears flowing.
Women are demented.
"Ladies, we really need to stop being so hard on ourselves!"
Touching, except for the fact that the problem remains that we place too much emphasis on physical beauty. But what do you expect from the makers of a beauty product?
What about us?
The less time we spend primping, the more time we have to be beautiful.
I liked it. Thanks, OP
I'd like to see the outtakes of the women who take a look at the renderings based on the other persons' descriptions and mutter, "Why that little bitch!!"
While it is true (and sad) that we judge ourselves too harshly, our self-esteem should *NEVER* depend on the validation of another person.
But anyway, pass the Dove, my skin be a little dry today.
Sound, but no video.
let's have a Kiki
How touching. NOW BUY MY SOAP!!
I thought it would be the other way around - narcissists shocked by what other people saw.
Dove is owned by Unilever. As well as testing their products on animals they own 'Fair and Lovely', a skin whitening cream.
r1 has a cold, black heart.
What a crock o' shit. If you have eyeballs you can see that each of those women subjects had the basic good looks to be models. Whether or not they liked their looks didn't matter.
Now lets draw some REAL people you see on the streets, or political talking heads you see on TV whose faces and features are not just ugly, but freaky ugly. There are a LOT more of those people around. A LOT. Just go to the mall if you don't think so.
And how about the guy artist drawing a picture of HIS nose for us? It could be entertaining.
I'd much prefer a video as r13 suggests, with showing conceited narcissists how they really look.
I found it moving and revealing.
But then again, I have a heart.
