GREAT ice cream topping!

This is fantastic - makes about 4 cups: 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar 1/2 pound of unsalted butter 1/2 tsp of lemon zest 1/2 tsp of orange zest 3 tablespoons of heavy cream 1 pound of pecans Melt the butter and sugar together along with the two zests. Turn up the heat and boil for 3-4 minutes. Off the heat, mix in the cream and pecans. Store in an airtight container. Divine!
