Haven't eaten it for over a year. Stomach feels better. Joints feel better.
Do you avoid all processed grains like pasta and breakfast cereal as well?
Different people respond to different diets.
I eat mostly vegan (though I have fish occasionally, but eat bread.
Cutting out dairy was what made me feel immensely better.
Whole grains and fruits are good for you. It's the processed white stuff you should avoid.
No, OP. Bread has been an important part of the Norwegian diet for centuries. So no.. I haven't.
OP does not eat bread. Was that a trick question?
r1, I avoid pretty much anything with flour in it. I don't eat pasta, or anything breaded, or anything that has bread in it. I don't eat cereal either. I've turned to tons of vegetables, and fiber supplements. I eat protein too. I eat fruit. I don't use condiments either. The thing that started it was stomach issues. Then it was all trial and error. It just so happened that any time I had bread, I'd have a really bad stomachache, not to mention that I would always feel like my head was in a fog.
Many animal proteins and casein (in dairy) are linked directly to many forms of cancer.
Cutting out processed white carbs is one thing. Cutting them all out signals an eating disorder.
