• I had an idea. You know how bread pudding is basically bits of bread soaked in an egg custard and baked? What if you took a packaged coffee-cake (such as Entenmann's or Sara Lee) and cut THAT up into bits, soaked it in an egg custard and baked it? It sounds too delicious !!

• This is delicious and easy. In a word: amazing... - 5 slices of gluten-free bread - 3 cups of warm water. In a large bowl place bread slices. Pour water over bread slices. Let sit for 15 minutes. Stir and mash mixture with back of spoon. Serve.
