When Did Heath Ledger Become A Drug Addict?

Was there ever a scandalous tell-all done on him yet? Was he always a heavy drug user? Did it only become heavy towards the end? Where are all the 'Andrew Morton' books yet?

• Alot of addicts were created waiting for the Full House twins to become legal.

• Where are "all" the tell all books, really? It's been what, 6 years? I doubt there will be several books, let alone one. I don't think anyone really cares, he wasn't Princess Di or even Ted Bundy. An actor dying from drugs happens a lot. Where are "all" the Brad Renfro books? See what I mean.
