Did any of you have speech Apraxia when you were a kid?

It's basically a disconnect between the brain and the mouth. You know what to say but you can't say it. It's pretty common and is generally just called shyness but really wasn't recognized 'til recently. Were any of you very late talkers? How are you today?

• R1, did you have any therapy for it as a kid? Does it still bother you today? It sounds maddening.
