What do we think of Vassar? I was going to apply there but for some reason I can't remember...at the last minute I didn't.
Vassar is a joke.
That is where I went instead r8!!!
Boning One's Professor, 100, 200, 300 and 400 levels.
Isn't Vassar a safety school?
Her roommate was killed in a tragic kiln explosion.
Was Judy Maxwell involved r12?
In her day it was considered very prestigious. that was when it was an all-girls' school. All the Seven Sisters schools that went co-Ed lost prestige as a result of the change.
So M really was an uncommon woman?
"but also enrolled as an exchange student at Dartmouth College for a quarter before it became coeducational"
She went as an exchange student to Dartmouth? Why? Don't you usually go to Europe or something?
(sometimes I hate Meryl, she seems to have had it so easy. I wanted to major in Drama but I was bullied so relentlessly I transferred schools)
Uncommon Women is about Mt. Holyoke grads, not Vassar.
Meryl made her mind up when she was twelve
That into foreign languages she would delve
But at 17 to Vassar it was quite a blow
That in 27 languages she couldn't say no
Attitude, what else...
I've had just about enough of your Vassar-bashing, young lady!
Meryl's high school yearbook described her as "where the boys are".....so she was a whore?
