Just came back from Palm Springs - beautiful time to go, and I feel sunny, at ease and deeply relaxed.
Anywhere in Vermont. If you prefer warmer, either New Orleans or St. Simon's Island, GA.

Hawaii and San Diego are nice winter destinations. I went to San Diego a month ago - beaches, mountains, desert, museums, zoo, shopping, nightlife. Wonderful place to visit.

The most laid-back and relaxing place in the country.
Just go before May, because it starts getting beastly hot and humid in the summer months.
Newport or Palm Beach, if you're near the East. Depends on what sort of climate suits you.
