Superman Artist Quits – DC Drops Comic To Be Penned By Anti-Gay Writer

When DC Comics announced its upcoming relaunch of “Adventures of Superman” comic book for its comic app, fans felt hopeful. Then things went south with the revelation that the writer would be noted homophobic bigot Orson Scott Card. Mr. Card is not just a homophobic bigot, he has proactively pushed his views on to others, and written numerous articles detailing out how bigoted he is. Needless to say, fans of Superman, a figure created by two Jewish teenagers, Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster as a symbol against oppression against minorities, were less than thrilled about the announcement.
