How much do you weigh?
I'm shocked to discover that I weigh 160 lbs.! I weigh more than mom when she was pregnant.
- I just weighed in at my highest ever...172. I'm almost 6'2 and have always been around 160 since I graduated college 15 years ago. I guess no more chili cheese fries and I need to start doing cardio and more sit-ups.
- At my height I weighed 503. I have lost my first 37 of the 350 pounds I intend to lose.
- 5'-11", 172. Turned 50 last year and just trying to stay healthy
- At 5"4' I weigh 117. Before I had kids I weighed 102.
- I'm 5'10-3/4" and am weighing in at 180. It's horrible. I can't afford a gym membership right now so I keep gaining and losing the same damn 20 pounds over and over. It kills the self esteem. If I could afford it, I'd hire a third world woman to stand behind me all day heckling me and calling me "fat ass".
- I'm 6'7" and I'm up to 120, which is my highest ever. No more eating after 3pm for me.
- R2 Congratulations on your great start to losing the weight! Keep up the good work!
- 5'8" and 150. A new high.
- I'm scared to lose weight. Those saggy extra skin rolls people get terrify me!
- 5' 2" and 118 (female)
- 5'10 1/2" 160. Down from 183 in September 2012. Trying to get to 135 but will settle for 145-150 if I start looking old in the face. I'm 40 yo.
- I don't know. What's it to ya?
- 6 feet tall, I currently weight 213 lbs, which is the most I've ever weighed. Turning it all around, started MMA 90 day challenge last week. It's tough, but it'll work.
- 0.6 ounces

- Female here. 5'4" and 148.
Thank God I have black girl curves but I still wanna get down to 140 before summer.
- I weigh 191. I should weigh 150. Worse, I gained the weight in about a year and a half. Forty-one pounds in about 20 months is about 7000 extra calories/month or one stupid, small Starbucks sweet drink per work day. Yeah, I'm an idiot but I'm finally cutting back on the beverage buffet.
- 5'3, 131 F. I should lose 8-10.
- 5'10 170
- 5'7, 110. Impossible to gain any weight. I hate myself.
- 5'10 190
- R19, are you female?
- 5'9" 163 male.
- 5'8 160 male.
- 6'2" and weigh 209...I'm 36 and work out like a mofo.
- 5'11" 165 male
Several years ago, I was 60 lbs. heavier. Didn't need a gym to lose the weight, just needed to learn proper nutrition and reasonable portions. The only exercize needed is pushing away from the table.
- R21. No.
- 5'6" 138, F.
- 5'9 and 153. And I'm very skinny. Pretty muscular. Most people say way too skinny. I think I'm just right for me.
- 6' and over 350lbs. Not sure because I am afraid to see what I really weigh. I am eating myself to death. Exhausting to just type this. Effing computer, effing addiction.
- 5'9'' 230 lbs

- 97 lbs
- Female 6' 117 lbs
I'm getting treatment for over 15 years of eating disorders, and using/abusing drugs to keep me thin. I've gained 16.5 lbs over the last 8 months of treatment, and for the first time ever I don't hate myself for how I look after gaining weight. I can finally look at pictures of myself honestly, from when I was at my thinnest, and see how horrible I'd really looked. I was 101 lbs and believed that if I could just get my weight down to under 100 lbs, but preferably arround 95 lbs or less, I'd be beautiful. Talk about delusional thinking, huh?
Besides my therapy (which I know saved my life) I think it's also helped that I had to change careers (I pretty much aged out at 30 yrs old) and I'm now going to college for something completely unrelated to my former career.
- 6'7 341 pounds male.
I'm down from my heaviest, which was 414 pounds in June of 2008, but it's taken me forever. I do cardio and some weight lifting 3-4 times a week for 1-1.5 hours. On cymbalta, it's almost impossible to lose an ounce eating grilled chicken salads all day with oil and vinegar dressing.
Still, I continue on my path to being more healthy. I rather be uncomfortable for 2 hours exercising than uncomfortable my entire life. It's exciting to be possibly thin for the first time in my entire life. I've been overweight since I was 4 years old. I'm 23 right now.
- 5'7" 135 female
Good for you R32 for getting help. I had a friend who had a eating disorder and even tho she got help for it several times it never "took", I think mainly because she wasn't doing it for herself, she was doing it because the other people in her life (her parents, her husband) insisted that she get help. She died at 37. She weighed arround 80 pounds and she was 5'10".
Can I ask if you were involved in fashion? It seems like a very unhealthy industry.
- 5'10"/180'ish. I've recently lost 30 lbs, and plan to lose a bit more.
- 5'10" 150 pounds
- 5'5" 230 lb female
- 5'5" M 135lbs
- 6'3" & 200lbs
- None of your fucking business.
- My BMI is 26.8, which makes me overweight by medical standards and a grievous insult to humanity by DL standards.

- 5'4 and 129. Lost 35 pounds a year ago. Feel very very healthy. And cute.
- Bump.
- Oh please r41, by the standards of that test you linked, I'm obese (30.1) and anyone who sees me would laugh at that
Big arms, big shoulders, muscular, 215 lbs. 5'10"
- I'm 6'1" and I weigh 153
- I'm 5'11" and weigh 145
- I'm almost 6'2 and have always been around 160 since I graduated college 15 years ago.
Unless by "almost 6"2," you mean that you are 5"8', you do not need to get back down to 160, manorexic freak.
- 5'11". 173
I have pretty big chest, arms and legs so that translates to a 31" waist.
Down from 198 last year.
- I'm 6'1" and weigh 170.
- I bet we could pick out the people from the McDonald's thread in here.
- I don't know what my true weight is. I'm six pounds lighter in the morning than I am in evening before bedtime.
Which weight are most of you using? The right after using the restroom weight? Or the after an entire day of eating and drinking weight?
Of course I prefer the lighter weight, but it's probably disingenuous to go by that.
Or should I take the average? I'm so confused.
- 5'7'' 105lbs - 26yr old woman
- 5' 3 110 not fat
Cobain
- 5'4" 104 lbs, which is probably "normal" but I used to weigh 95 lbs for many years so now I just feel fat. I know I gained the weight because I'm at the office all the time, sitting down, eating shit, and that I could lose it easily if I tried. . .but I can't seem to find the effort to get my ass in gear.

- 6'2" and 185 lbs (M). Down 50 lbs. since July 2012. Working out with trainer and cleaned up my diet. You go R33!
- I'm around 200, maybe 195. Oh, 6'2". Don't have a scale here, but was amused enough to check it out over the holidays at my sister's house; I knew I gained some weight. My god, have I put on 20 lbs? I was the lean 6'2 that never put on a lb. But then I turned 40. I never wavered from 180 usually. I know it's only 15 or 20 lbs, and that it's not a big deal. For someone that has never had to deal with losing weight, it's daunting.
I think I look better at this weight, but I need to make that weight muscle, which is a lot of work. Easier to lose the weight and be lean probably than do the work and be more beefy. I know people get all crazy about that, but for some of us it is easier.
- R54 5'4, 104 is skinny.
- r33, how big is your dick?
- 5'10" 328lbs.
- R56 here. You over six footers under 180. I don't get it I've been called skinny at 20 lbs over you. 160-170, that just seems so thin. I'm a 42 long jacket, well now maybe a 40 at 180. 180 for my body still seems skimpy. 200 works, if I put the effort into toning. I can't imagine being 40 lbs lighter.
I'd be gaunt at that weight, but I can't see what the norm is. Tall dudes speak up.
- R60, when I had my colonoscopy a few years ago when I was 53, my anesthesiologist expressed astonishment at how, at my age, and height (6'1"), I could maintain my weight at about 170. Three years later, I'm still holding at around 170.
- 5'3", 123. Lost my winter weight.
- OP, are you a man or a woman? And what about your mother?
- 6'1", 195. Not on ounce of fat. Soccer legs. Six pack abs. Skinny men do nothing for me. Give me a 6'2" guy who's 215 over a 6'2" guy who weighs 170.
- 5'9".
Presently 41 pounds.
Looks like ONE good thing came out of all of this!

- [quote]I just weighed in at my highest ever...172. I'm almost 6'2 and have always been around 160 since I graduated college 15 years ago.
If you're 6'2", 172 is still underweight. 160 is ridiculously thin for that height.
- At 5'10" and 175 my BMI is 25.1, which is classified as 'overweight'. Seriously? It's a friggin 34" waist! I know, fat by DL standards, but seriously?
- 5'11" and 175 pounds.

- Male: 5'10" and 160 pounds.
BMI is not a particularly accurate indicator of anything. Take two examples: an extremely muscular guy who works out frequently and is 6'0" and weighs 200 pounds -- with a low percentage of bodyfat and no gut whatsoever -- would be considered overweight by BMI standards. Right. Similarly, a 5'9" guy who never exercises, has a gut, and weighs a flabby 155 would be in the "normal" range.
- Ah warsh mah self with a rag on a stick.

- 5'10" 325lbs and very happy!
- Denial is a powerful drug, R74.
- R54 - 95 or anything under 100 for your height seems (way? too skinny.
- Too much. I'm 5'4'', weigh 155. This time last year I weighed 145 and looked great. Would like to get to 140-145.
- 5'8", 151 lbs. I've been trying to get back to the 140s since last July. Almost there.
- M 5'11" 220 down from almost 300 2 years ago. Taking it slow and steady on my treadmill to get down to about 200. Then we will see how it goes from there. 70 years old.
- 239.
- 6'1" and I weight 195. Should be 185.
- 6'7 and 120lbs.? Are you Ichabod Crane?
- 6'3 193
- I'm r1 and someone said I'm a manorexic freak. I took this pic of my body and I don't think I look overly skinny at 6'2 and low 160's. I weighed myself this weekend while at a hotel spa and I weighed 160, 164, and 161 at various times on the electronic scale. I've lost a few pounds in the past month by cutting back on snacks and trying to go to the gym 5x a week and doing 800 - 1,000 ab exercises each time to get rid of a belly. My body isn't great but I don't want to be perfectly sculpted or muscular.
I created a Craig's List ad to host my pic since I don't know of any other sites that would allow a body pic.

- 148. I'm 5'7" and female. Used to weight 300 before having weight loss surgery in 2005.
- I think you look great, R83.
- 6-5 210. I was 6-5 150 when I graduated from high school. I was skinny.
- I can still fit into my size 27 Gloria Vanderbilt's!
