People who call their spouses "My love."

Yolanda on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills calls her husband "my love" every single time. Kim on Real Housewives of Atlanta calls her husband "Love." It always sounds so phoney, don't you think?

• I know a guy who always, always refers to his beautiful wife as his "beloved." The first time I heard him say this, I thought he was joking.

• I knew a guy who called his wife his "my beautiful sweet treasure". It was cute at first until I heard him say it several different times.

• "Mother" always seems to have a sweet wholesome ring it it.

• Don't get me started! 'My Love!' It sounds like people who are terribly insecure about their realationship status call their S.O 'My Love' in an effort to convince themselves that said relationship means more than it actually does.
