8:30am: 4 egg whites with spinach on dry stone ground whole wheat toast 11:30am: cup of plain oatment with half a scoopful of chocolate whey protein 1:30pm: grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and brown rice with a dollop of salsa; carrot and celery sticks with organic low-fat plan hummus 3:00pm: cup of lowfat plain yogurt with a handful of almonds 4:45pm: pre-workout protein shake, including creatine 7:30pm: post-workout protein shake 9:00pm: poached wild salmon, steamed spinach, romaine lettuce salad with low-fat balsamic vinegar dressing 11:30pm: lowfat cottage cheese
