Pettiness you despise?

What sorts of pettiness do you despise? I despise people who think too highly of themselves.

• I hate the political correctness of women. It's their passive-aggressive way of gaining power over a situation. In the end, Little Miss Hall Monitor believes she will triumph because she's memorized the Policies 'n Procedures Handbook. You even see it in the lesbians (Michfest, Datalounge, etc.). Just depressing.
