Is E! TV's Host Billy Bush a Homophobe?

I just heard about the Twitter war between Billy Bush (who is actually related to George W. Bush which was news to me, too) and Giuliana Rancic back in the Carrie Prejean days. I always thought Billy was cute, but now I've been told that he's a Republican AND that he's a homophobic turd. The Republican part I've confirmed, but is there any real proof he's also a homophobe?
