Which one of you bitches works for "The Onion"?
The Onion in hot water for calling Quvenzhane Wallis a cunt.

- Oh, that was a smart thing to do. I'd expect better from The Onion than that... they're genuinely funny. They could have made a similar joke without resorting to the the worst word on the books (tied, obviously, with the N word.)
-
Who is this brave, edgy, ironic wag who had the balls to slur a child?
Sickening.
Della
- R1, that's what I thought, even "bitch" would have been better.
- Well, they did hire the writer who made fun of Sarah Palin's special needs kid on Wonkette - nearly destroyed the blog.

- As if you bitches think the Datalounge Twitter would have boundaries

- r5 is right--after the years of Dakota Fanning jokes, DLers cannot throw stones.
Looking at you, Della.
- Ain't dat da trewf, R5!
Gia%20Giudice
- r6, the Datalounge has no boundaries, that's true.
I do, however, and the great thing about being a long-time DLer is that you can immediately recognize threads that you don't want to particpate in because it violates your sensibilities.
I have never participated in a thread where children are the target, and I bet a lot of other DLERs haven't either.
I stand by what I wrote at r2.
Della
- Children aren't allowed on this site.
That dumb hashtag directs to anyone looking up her name, right?
- The Onion, being a class act, has apologized.

- That was a remarkably sober sounding tweet for what I thought for sure was drunken tweeting. Jesus, unprovoked by a child.
- That should be "toward a child." And, yeah, written by another child.
