The Infanta Cristina of Spain may be named in corruption case
Her husband Iñaki Urdangarin has already been ostracized from the royal family for apparently embezzling millions so as to keep her in the style to which she has been accustomed, and now it seems to have all been done with her consent.
The King is immune from Spanish prosecution, but his children and their spouses are not.
Very interesting! Thanks for the link. Juan Carlos should abdicate. Actually, there should be no monarchies in the 21st century - just my opinion.
But the monarchy in Spain would be helped if JC abdicated.
The Infantata? In Spain?
My dad is from Spain. The Spanish government have control over the Spanish royal famliy. The government will only allow the Spanish royal famliy 1-2 hundred thousand dollars a year ,and they may live in the palace free. That is all that they are allowed to receive. The government said they will not allow the royal famliy in Spain to get away with what the royals in England get away with.
