Foster, whose film roles include "3:10 to Yuma" and "The Messenger" and who was on TV in "The Laramie Project" and "Six Feet Under," had auditioned for the revival of Lyle Kessler's play "Orphans" but had lost the role to the star of the "Transformers" franchise.
How sad for Ben that he's still available at such short notice to do this part.
The auditions, BTW, were almost 9 months ago.
Has he worked at all between then and now?
Wasn't he in one of the X-Men movies too?
I think Ben Foster is a cutie (he was especially scrumpcious in 3:10 to Yuma). I would bend him over in a heartbeat. I wonder if he likes the homosex.
I have a soft spot for practically anyone who was in Six Feet Under.
You wanted to be in the spotlight? You wanted to be a star? You get your wish. Don't fuck it up.
He should have been the first choice for this role. It's fortunate for the show that he's available.
