Dynasty Season 7

So, I finally watched all six seasons available on DVD and I know obviously that Blake doesn't strangle Alexis... but what stops him? Does Alexis even notice that Ben was grinning evilly while Blake was trying to kill her? Does Krystle kick Ben in the nuts for holding her back?

• Bump Krystle was hilarious in that scene, just standing by, barely restrained by Ben saying "Blake, no." in that breathy voice of her's.

• Is that the scene where Blake says, "Damn you, Alexis!" and then calls her a "viper"?

• Blake would never used the word "viper" in that context. That was for females only. Dominique calls Alexis a viper moments before their cat fight in this season but due to Diahann Carroll's vendetta against the letter "r" she pronounces it "Vipe - pah!"

• Six seasons are available on DVD and season 7 is one of them. Which one of seasons 1-6 did they not release?
