Difference in personality between a thread poster and a thread answerer?

What's the difference in personality between someone who is primarily a thread poster and someone who is primarily a thread answered other than the need to pay. Because even if everyone could post threads, there will still be some of us who primarily answer threads and rarely if ever posts threads.
