Madonna was going on tv and didn't want to look like a hot, sweaty mess. It was the crew's fault not to have the room air-conditioned. Madonna was perfectly right to call them out on their negligence.

I cannot stand Madge, but she doesn't seem so bad here. She actually seems to be in solidarity with the interviewer, who is fanning for her fucking life, and she doesn't really raise her voice or blame anyone. There are many worse Madonna moments.
