Consignment sports coat

I bought a beautiful light wool Ermenegildo Zegna sports coat in great condition today at a consignment store for $20. It's in great condition and fits perfectly in the arms and chest, but it buckles in the shoulders. Is that an easy thing to get tailored? I couldn't determine the size (it was in Italian) but when I got home I looked it up on the Internet and the American/English equivalent of the jacket size is a 44 Long, and I'm usually a 43 Long.

• No, shoulders are the thing that can't be altered. I bet you can profit by selling it on eBay, though.

• I think I worded it wrong. The shoulders themselves are okay: it's just got too much fabric at the back between the shoulder blades.
