• Leaving out the racial slur, I can't count the number of times I have fantasized about doing that on a plane...but slapping the parents, not the child.

• I was excited to see a sexy FBI agent's glutes. Unfettered crying + mental breakdown = understandable, yet incomprehensible.

• I lol'd but really, slapping the kid would only make it cry more.

• And really children cry during descent because their ear canals aren't fully developed and it's excruciatingly painful for some of them. The equivalent pain for us would be when you fly with a head cold.

• Always slap the mother, not the child.

• Not surprised. Nothing freaks some white guys out more than white women with black babies. It hits their huge phobia/insecurity about black guys stealing their wimmin' and all. Of course who hasn't wanted to slap a wailing baby at some point. Parent your children ladies.

• Precisely, R8. The guy was likely stewing for the entire flight because he thought the woman sitting next to him had deigned to have sex with a black man. It was her he really wanted to slap.
