A stripper Service for women and occasionally men
I work part time with one.
We are in need of new strippers as the tastes are changing to some degree and our stable is aging.
We put out 3 ads.
For every one white man that applies 10 black or Dominican men apply.
For every hundred or so bookings we may get one that will want a person of color.
It kills me to reject all of these buff men who clearly need the work.
I have been told just to delete their responses, but I want to tell them, it's not us...it's the women, they don't want you, they want the guy next door and you are not it kiddo.
- What city are you in and how can you be located?
Hot white m here, needs $%
Anonymous
- Tell them the facts, just like you told us.
Face it, you're in a very customer driven operation, you cater to their wants, not the other way around.
- What exactly is your job and title at this "stripping service"?
Do they ever do more than just strip?
- they shake their money-makers.
- You mean they want the guy next door...who is White. It's no different for other servicers in areas with mostly customers of color. They want men of color or those who they are actually attracted to. And I'm sure some recruiters have had to reject White men as well for not being in demand with certain demographics quite simply don't want White men. No biggy, just reality.
BITCH
- R2 I wish I could tell them the facts. My instructions are to delete the responses.
R1 The best way to get work of this type is to check the CL ads under gigs and the various categories.
Often ads pop up, not only ours but people looking for waiters or servers for parties or clubs that can do shirtless etc.
- ...and no they typically do not do 'more' than strip.
A rare few men will call for one for a birthday party and they always want full monty, some women do as well, but other than shake it round a bit nothing happens at the parties.
What they do on their own time is not my business, but we did fire one guy for having an ad on rentboy.
- OP, hat if white strippers are unsatisfied with being paid not enough (or the tips are not worth the effort anymore) and they demand more money or more benefits?
- The same reason why it is harder out there to be a minority actor, bartender, waiter, the list goes on.
People prefer white people, society has reinforced that.
- I'm curious. Do the people specifically request white male strippers or is that just an assumption made because they want a boy next door type. I think black men can be boy next door also.
I know people who could care less about the color of the stripper. Does your service ask them if they would consider a black or other minority as a stripper?
- Why would you fire someone just because they had an ad in Rentboy?
- R8 It has come up. They can raise their rates, we raise the rate we ask for them and the market decides if they are worth it. Usually it means they work less, but not always.
R10 We ask.
Black, White, Asian, Spanish, someone more exotic?
Then if applicable Blond, Brunette, Redhead?
Hairy, Smooth shaven, Naturally Smooth, Lightly hairy?
Tattoo or no tattoos?
Is a Piercing okay?
If Full Monty...
Full pubes, trimmed or shaved?
Foreskin or circumcized.
We ask pretty much everything.
- Our contract with them states specifically that they may not engage in any form of prostitution including any adult film or photo work (without express written permission),with our clients our outside of our agency and if we discover that they are doing so they will be terminated.
We can't have a hint of scandal or investigation.
- If there was ever a thread that was useless without pics, its this one.
- OP Do they have to audition in front of you?
- R15 sometimes.
We all have female friend and anyone who wants to do this is given a live party with a small group either at the office or in the home of a friend. The woman do their thing and a staff member stands in the back and watched the interaction.
I am not typically that staff member, but occasionally I am.
- It's a legal issue OP. They don't want to be sued for discrimination. Obviously they allow their customers to discriminate in ordering, and that is probably not legal.
- R17
It is more than legal.
It is just like casting a play, a private performance, the producer (customer) can legally state what whom they want cast.
We do have ethnic men on the roster and they work about twice a year on average. I wish I could get them more work, but it just is not happening.
- Give me one of the black guys. No shaving, not too muscled.
- Can you post a photo of your hottest stripper?
- I don't want to link to our site with this discussion, but if I can find one on another source that has been reposted or on a Facebook page I will.
- I can tell you the most popular guy looks like a young Alec Baldwen, Right down to the hair on chest pattern.
- r21, that's some serious Catfish/EST move.
- OP: what is your job with this stripper agency? Job title, duties, etc.
Enquiring minds want to know.
- Give me a couple of the dark skinned Nubians, I'll make it work.
- I think the title would really be clerk.
I answer the phone take the information find the guy that fits best confirm he is available, call the client back run the charge. A lot of it is petty boring.
When we run an ad looking for new guys I check the email and delete the gross ones forwarding on the ones with potential etc.
I do 6 hours a night 3 days a week and they pay is 22 an hour plus bonuses for upbooking...getting a party to take two or three guys, adding in limo services etc.
- honestly, if someone sent me non-white stripper, I would just send him back. I'm generally only attracted to white people. Yes, society may have instilled this caucasian ideal of beauty in me, but I don't really care.
So, they can't make it as strippers, who cares.
- What on earth was the point of this thread?
I mean, really who cares that your customers and some posters here are into pink dick?
Stuff like this makes me believe that deep down, white people must be extremely insecure.
- Congrats on getting fired from your part-time job, OP.
- Please send any excess black or Dominican strippers my way. I'm in the mood for a buffet.
- Dear Asshole at R28 clearly a few of us care about this.
I like that the OP is not a total cunt like you and has empathy, and his empathy was what he shared.
Then when questions came in, some interesting ones he indulged us and answered them.
I had no idea that you could request a foreskin or none on a full monty dancer. I learned something.
I hope there are more questions.
- It's actually really sickening how racist people are. The more I hear about things like this, the harder it is for me to treat all white people as individuals. I know to not do it is racist, but it seems like a LOT of them have racial hang ups...
- Please post Alec Baldwin strippers photo!
- Which makes me curious....I see way more pubic hair than in past years. Are pubes in our out with strippers?
- R32, you're willing to let an anecdote on an anonymous website about the comparative popularity of white vs. nonwhite male strippers influence your feelings about an entire race of people?
You're going to pre-judge all white people now because some anonymous nobody on an unmoderated website claims white male strippers are more popular than nonwhite ones?
Seriously?
You sound more racist than anyone else being discussed.
- R34
Women tend to stress NATURAL, they want a natural man, 'not shaved, but he doesn't have to be hairy, unless he is, you know...just natural.'
Men who comprise maybe 5% of our business have absolute decided preferences. Elder gents tend to go for shaved without question. Younger either have no preference or want hairy.
- If 95% of the stripper requests are coming from women, then I'm assuming they're the ones preferring the white guys.
Who are the men requesting? Maybe men don't care about race as much as the women. These men of color need to branch out and start stripping for the gay clubs and other men.
- Go look online and you can see with your own eyes that black women prefer black male strippers exclusively. Type in "black bachelorette party stripper" in a search engine and you will get tons of videos. So don't wag your finger at other groups for having preferences. OP, works at a place that caters to a different demographic. Black male strippers are not starving. There is a large thriving market for black male strippers.

- I don't think R38, we should be doing statistics based on what's showing on Youtube. I just have this feeling that's not very scientific.
For all we know there's a whole group of depressed, unemployed black men waiting to strip for us but nobody is hiring them.
- OP,
I was a male escort for about 3 years. I'm white.
I was told by a few clients how glad they were to find a white guy and how rare it is in the sex industry.
One John claimed to be a Florida gay club owner who wanted to fly me down to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami to book me for go-go dancing -- which I have no talent or disposition for. He said there were plenty of hot guys willing to dance, but none of them were white.
I think men of color do outnumber white guys on rentboy.com.
I think American racism makes whites the most highly demanded for sexy jobs while marginalizing people of color economically, which makes them desperate enough to enter the sex industry more than whites.
- R40 Nearly all of the black guys on rentboy seem to be exclusively tops. That rules them out for many people.
- You...own black strippers?!
Django%20Unhinged%20
- How is it racism? People are attracted to what they're attracted to otherwise everyone on DL would be attracted to women unless they're womenphobic and don't want to fuck women.
People want to fuck what is most like them in general. Whites want to fuck whites, blacks black, Lat/Lat, etc.
- [quote] People want to fuck what is most like them in general.
Queen, please. Google interracial porn and get back to us.
- Got to see a free show of Vegas' Chippendales. They used to come into the audience and give girls a kiss and "a feel" for a tip. Now the focus is on fantasy performances with different themes to suit a variety of tastes (military, cowboy, executive) with outfits and music to match. There is much less skin showing than one would expect; the men even cover up their g-strings with their hands. The 2 Black men are in far superior shape and were the best dancers/performers. All of them are trained to flirt and flatter the ladies, and focus on the older or less attractive, as they will likely buy more merchandise after the show. There were no Hispanics or Asians.
Claims that they're casting a theater performance avoids discrimination issues. The same goes for all visible and high paying jobs in Vegas. There are very few minority bartenders on the strip. I once dated a really hot, talented barback at the Hard Rock Casino. He was frustrated that he knew that his race prevented him from ever being a bartender.
By the way, most of the dancers make their real money doing private parties for men after hours. Magic Mike didn't tell the "whole story."
- IR porn and IR relationships are a different thing. There are IR relationships/porn/people out there but for the most part people like what is most like them.
- R40, Most white men think that they can't dance.
Girls at clubs have learned to dance alone or with each other. The best dancers at male strip shows are rarely white, and that's part of the job description. LOL
Most ladies ordering strippers want someone to show up that resembles a movie star or J Crew Model. Except for Denzel Washington, how many "heroic" Black actors are there for women to drool over? John Leone was one of the first well-known Asian hotties. I bet OP's service rarely has requests for Asian or Filipino strippers.
- "Our stable"
Lovely.
Why%20I%20could%20never%20do%20that%20job
- R47 Will Smith?
T. Cruise
- R48, That's part of the whole appeal of male strippers and male strip shows. It's reverse objectifying of the male body; something that ladies have experienced for decades. Show hosts used to tease the audience with the lines girls were trained to use on men, "You won't respect me in the morning. We haven't known each other that long." Why do you think Chippendale dancers cover up their thong covered penises with their hands, pretending to be shy? When they show their naked butts to the audience, the show lights quickly go dark. Fantasy sells.
- I don't like stripper shows unless they go all the way (and when they get hard, even better.) One of of the few things I miss about living in DC.
- Did you ever learn reading comprehension R35? I said that this is an example out of many as to why many minorities think the majority of white people are racist. So instead of trying to talk down to people who aren't white by acting as if they concluded their presumptions about racism based on this site, read everything they said carefully then respond with thoughtfulness. Okay? Thanks.
- R52, It is, in practice, a racist action to not consider someone for a job based on his or her race.
But for someone to have preferences about what someone else looks like for their sexual purposes? Not so much. It can't be helped, and you framed your post as if that's what makes it hard for you to not lump all white people together as racist.
- R49, Yes, I forgot about Will Smith but I'm not sure he has that HOTTT fantasy factor. For example, can you imagine Will Smith selling men's cologne to women in a print ad or online? Has he at least done underwear commercials? Now if that Black model who was the shirtless Old Spice hunk started getting roles as a romantic lead in popular movies . . . and if Black men started to copy his hairstyle, clothing, etc . . . you'd sure see Black male strippers being hired in greater numbers. Denzel Washington has enabled a lot of Black men to score with females of all races, just as Antonio Banderas has helped Hispanic men who try and copy his look/voice/attitude. I could tell you lots of stories that I've heard . . .
R45
- R51, Male stripper shows for women are very different than those for men, just as girlie shows for heteros aren't the same as for lesbians. The "romance" and fantasy factor are emphasized, as well as the skill of the dancer. That's why Magic Mike wasn't honest enough in their portrayal.
- Interesting observation, r40.
It's the same way with female strippers, tho, and nobody screams racism.
White men prefer Asian or blonde females. That's just the way it is.
When I've posted for rent boys, I'm very specific about what I'm looking for. Hey, I'm not going to fit everyone's ideal and not everybody is going to fit my ideal. That's why you post specifics and hope someone can meet it. If they don't then oh well.
It's no more racist than preferring granite countertops to formica or stainless steel or soapstone. They're all good for somebody. Just not me.
- R37
The men overwhelmingly request a white man, occasionally a Dominican one.
- "Nearly all of the black guys on rentboy seem to be exclusively tops. That rules them out for many people. "
Based on the torrid reaction total tops on other popular sites, I would say it makes them that much more attractive to many more people.
- R56, um, no.
- Hope you guys have enjoyed getting your gullible on.
- R60 hope you enjoyed getting your cynical on.
- r45 / r54,
There are plenty of high-profile, black hunks in pop culture.
Vin Diesel is a huge movie star with lots of sex appeal to the ladies who would love to see someone like him stripping.
Tyson Beckford, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, 50 Cent, LL Cool J, Lenny Kravitz, Michael Ealy, Marcus Patrick to name a few in showbiz -- and that's not even including the athletes with their product endorsement deals.
There is plenty of demand for black hunks and many have crossover appeal to white ladies.
But it's a smaller niche or market than white guys, because we live in a white-majority country.
- The racism we're talking about is a subconscious racism -- people can't control what they're attracted to and it's usually the majority or group with the most power that strikes people as the most appealing subconsciously.
That's why most minorities have no problem dating whities.
- Can you just post the strippers picture already?
- Strippers don't usually conduct their stripping in a well-lot area, so it's pointless to pay when you can't see the guy once the clothes come off.
Brandon
- R62, None of the admittedly hunky Black men you mentioned have the widespread ROMANTIC appeal that the original "boy next door," Richard Gere, had after ladies associated him with his roles in "An Officer and a Gentleman," and "Pretty Woman." That's why I said that the shirtless man from the Old Spice commercial, who got so much pap coverage at the time, would need a romantic leading movie role to be such a sexual fantasy tidbit for women, that other men would be trying to copy his look and style, in order to get laid.
Did you see the resemblance of that former model, who spent years trying to rescue his son from Brazil, to a younger Richard Gere? He got huge international coverage at the time. He only reinforces the desire for a sensitive, intelligent dark haired man with a great body, copied by male strippers in OP's company.
When you have a Black Male, other than Denzel Washington, in the position stated above, then you'll have a higher demand for Black Male strippers by White women. He's the only Black Male I know of where girls play his movies while fucking a purposely similar looking and acting man, or so I've been told by the lucky man. I don't think that this scenario would be true of any of the other Black Celebs in your list.
R45%2C%20R54
- interesting thread
- I think you believe personal suspicions and assumptions, r66, not what you can prove is true.
You think your personal anecdotes and tastes hold true for everybody but they don't.
You can't assume that Hollywood romances cause what sells in the strip club and that these romances must equal Richard Gere.
Most people are naturally racist according to scientific studies and Hollywood is just a symptom of that, suffering from the same frustrations as you, probably.
You would be right to note that interracial romantic comedies almost never happen. There's certainly a timidity in Hollywood that underrepresents how often interracial romances happen in real life.
But subconscious racism in a white-majority nation causes the culture more than culture causes the racism.
i.e. It's not Hollywood's fault.
It's very silly that you think movies make a bigger romantic impression on people than athletics, which is what Americans REALLY care about, or music.
In fact, if I were you, I would get a stripper who resembles Barack Obama and work the Presidential angle as much as you can!
- Gawd, you're all so boring and predictably stupid.
- ...and R69 is the most boring and stupid of anyone.
- R68, Many, like me, admire Pres Obama but do they want to seduce him or even his carbon copy? Likewise musicians and athletes are often more famous than many actors. Still does the average man on the street copy their look and style, in order to get laid? I can walk around and see plenty of men with George Clooney's latest hairstyle, and similar, thick eyebrows. How many personal ads, aimed at men or women, advertise a "Pres Obama look-alike" or a "50 Cent-type" or a copycat of the latest pro-athlete?
As I said in earlier posts, I was responding to my impressions from Vegas' Chippendales' stripper show. There were 2 Black men; no other minorities. Both were obviously chosen for their far superior dance/acrobatic/athletic skills; of course they were in superior physical condition. In the lineup, they were never placed together either.
There were more than 2 dark-haired "boy-next-door" types. I do think that the admittedly aging Richard Gere still holds more appeal as a sexual icon, than the current out-of-control, out-of-shape Alec Baldwin. Are any of the younger actors held up as a style icon, or on the 10 hottest men you'd like to have as a New Years' Eve date lists? How about any of the top Black musicians or athletes? Are they in contention for the Sexiest Man Alive mag covers?
R66
- [quote]Gawd, you're all so boring and predictably stupid.
What-ever, okay? You're stupid and boring.
- R71 Take a breath...it will be allright.
- R69, Who's holding a gun to your head and forcing you to read this thread? Or do you just like to put down strangers?
- This sounds, to me, like a marketing problem on the part of your company. Why can't they target the market for male parties or minority/socially less conservative women?
If the female customers are requesting white men a large majority of the time, I would assume that your customers are mostly white women.
Get someone who knows how to find the consumers who prefer mult-cultural or minority men(they're out there) and sell to them. They are just picking the low hanging fruit (Jenny's 'crazy' bachelorette party ya'll), customer wise.
- what city?
- If I pay for a Rolls Royce, don't send me a fucking Yugo!
- Manhattan and I am too low on the totem pole to make marketing decisions.
- Dominicans are the hottest
- [quote]the original "boy next door," Richard Gere,
You've got to be kidding.
Judy%20Garland%20as%20Esther%20Summerson
- R80, I was referring to how Richard Gere was originally portrayed, as the sexy boy-next-door, not any resemblance to the truth. Is Denzel Washington heroic in real life, like he's often cast? Many mix-up the actor with the character that he portrays. Back in the LA Law days, actors were even hired by top corporate law firms to give dinner presentations. LOL
- What's about those Dancing Bear videos? Are those real women in the audience? They show white women lusting after black strippers.
- sorry, OP, not buying it. although you've created a good thread.
But, if you were telling the truth, why not promote the company?
It makes no sense.
- hire these dudes
