I get this sometimes for no apparent reason. Sometimes I feel very happy for no apparent reason.
Sorry OP, we all have one of those days.. Cheerup
At least it's not raining spiders on you like in Brazil.
Hey OP: I am right there with you. Had a very blue January. keep in touch here-it's a small world thanks to the nets. You are not sitting alone in the blue boat: let's all grab a paddle and head to shore. XO.
I just had to get up and dance, R1.
I'm like the OP, for the last couple of weeks I've been majorly depressed for no reason. WTF? How long will it last?
And it's not the season, the sun's been out and I can see signs of the approaching spring.
There, there, Monsignor. He made you a bishop before he retired and you can still visit him in that confessional with the funny hole in it.
Sounds like Sicilian mental illness you have OP. You didn't get the Norman genes. Sorry.
I don't know where you live but it could be the weather especially if it's been grey and cold.
Also, a bad dream can affect me for a long time. I forget the dream but the bad feeling lingers.
Much has happened
Seasonal Affective Disorder?
Watch a movie that will let you have a good cry. Let yourself be sad through the evening. Then, wake up early. Take a walk. Enjoy your favorite foods. Call a friend. And see how you feel. Hopefully your sadness will have passed in the night.
New day, fresh start.
Smoke copious amounts of pot, silly!
OP, did you see that labrador dog in the video of the girl singing, "Tomorrow"? Did you?
That video is 30 years old now. That dog is dead now, too. Do you feel better?
Get some ideal music or movies, it really helps.
Don't be such a pussy.
[quote]No reason to be upset, yet I feel somehow very blue today. I just want to go to bed. I could cry.
I'm trying to picture John Wayne ever saying this and it's just not happening.
Sound like some fairy to me.
Have you considered the suicide option OP? It will take all your problems away.
