- Ringside Steak, Portland, OR - Aged Steaks,...Filet Mignon, with a side of french fried onions, loaded baked potato w/ extra bacon and sour creme, chives, & a large glass of water w/ lemon,some champagne, and silk chockolate pie. umm~
- Boeuf bourguignon with potatoes, onions and roasted brussel sprouts. A bottle of bourdeaux, all for my decadent self, thank you. Brownie a la mode for dessert.

- r6 is thinking like me. My stepmom is a total bitch but she's also Southern and puts out a mean spread. Cheese grits, homemade mac and cheese, meatloaf (so good), fried chicken, green beans with bacon and cooked in pork fat, cornbread with jalapenos and bacon in it...damn, no more, I'm also dieting and this doesn't help.
- Appetizer of Samosas, main is Chicken Tikka Masala, with jasmine rice, saag paneer and naan. For dessert, Junior's Boston Cream pie cheesecake.

Appetizer: Barbeque Shrimp with fresh French Bread
Spinach salad with mushrooms and hot bacon dressing.
Fettucine Alfredo with more french bread
Petite filet
Asparagus with Hollandaise.
Chocolate dipped strawberries
Chardonnay with shrimp and salad and pasta.
Pinot Noir with the steak.
Champagne or Prosecco with the strawberries.

- Coq au vin over jasmine rice with a side of green bean casserole and fresh strawberries - for dessert thick dark chocolate mousse with cherry whipped cream.

- Appetizer: Hot spinach dip in a sourdough bread bowl. Tortilla chips for scooping.
Dinner: Cheddar cheese burger topped with ample amounts of crispy bacon and caramelized onions on a buttered brioche bun.
Sides: Waffle fries sprinkled with truffle salt.
Dessert: Chocolate pudding pie with a heaping dollop of whipped cream on top.
Drink: Ice cold Coca-Cola. Free refills of course ;-)

- I had this meal at SW Steakhouse in Vegas and it was amazing.
Starter: Seared foie gras.
Entree: Medium rare chateaubriand done Oscar style topped with Alaskan king crab.
I can't remember what the dessert was, some chocolate thing made in heaven.
I need to go back and have that again before I die.

- Shrimp and grits, or really any of those heart stopping low counrty foods, but made by a real southerner who grew up eating them, and can make them half asleep and come out perfect every time. not some culinary school grad who thinks they can read a recipe and then make it better by adding prosciutto to it or some f'in nonsense.

- Well, before Gus was felled by a massive coronary down at the Canario, it was his giant Chili Relleno Platter #8, with 2 lovingly made rellenos, refrieds, a taco, a tamale and Mexican rice, all swimming in greasy Longhorn cheese.

- Start off with a dish of clam chowder for the soup course. Then fried oysters and clams with tarter sauce over baby greens. Next, butter-poached lobster over pasta with asparagus. On the side, plenty of good red wine or beer. For dessert, rich, gooey dark chocolate cake filled with whipped ganache, glazed with dark chocolate ganache, and garnished with raspberries.
