• I think I've chatted online and on the phone with guys I met online who may have been lying, but I'm sure everyone has had similar online experiences. The two that come to mind are: -I posted an ad on rentboy to possibly escort (without sex) and I took it down after a few days, but this one guy said he was incredibly wealthy in NY and lived alone in a mansion with a butler. He wanted me to do some weird stuff and his voice on the phone was creepy so I never met him. -Another experience just popped in my head. I think I created a gay.com profile to sell my used underwear as a way to make easy money and this guy sent me a message. He said he was Dakota Fanning's publicist (this was early 2000's when she was still a child) but that he lived in Minnesota. Looking online, she is from GA so I doubt he was and it just seemed so odd that someone would even think of that as a lie.
