Ugh, I just at fast food for the first time in about 2 years
I feel terrible. I'm bloated but I'm also getting a rushing feeling in my head. Salt overload?
- You precious little snowflake.
- Maybe it's just That Time of the Month.

Oh, dear. The word is 'et'.

- You need to start eating fast food more often, OP. Start with once a week, and eventually you can build it up to once or twice every day and feel fine.
- What exactly did you eat, OP, and from where?
- If there's a pool, I'm betting on 3:42pm ET for the sudden onset of explosive diarrhea.
- I used to love Egg McMuffins. But the last few times I had them turned into a miserable experience. Afterwards I would feel horrible. Gassy, indigestion, my face felt oily. At first I thought something in my body was changing making me no longer able to tolerate that stuff. Then I mentioned it to a co worker who is younger than me and they said the same stuff had been happening to them as well. I cant help but wonder if they have done something to the food. No doubt they are using the cheapest ingredients available now to make that crap.
- A fish sandwich and fries R7.
- Fast food is awful, I do the same thing op, every 18-20 months I decide to try something 'fast' and you know what? It's too expensive and too disgusting. Plus the gas and horrible evacuation the next morning is evidence enough to not partake in the poison.

parody, one hopes.

- MSG?
- The McRib is back.
- Isn't McRib a euphemism for anything that's lying around on the floor of the butcher shop when we get ready to clean up?
- Yes R15 but it's covered in BBQ sauce.
- R16 And it has pickles! Everything's better with pickles!
Buddy Sorrell
- Oh good, R16. I'm sure that makes it worthwhile.
- Food trolling overload
- The sodium content isn't terrible in what you ate, OP. You could have made much worse choices from the McMenu. Unless your blood pressure is already running high, that meal shouldn't affect it.
- Maybe it's the pink slime.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_slime
- A carefully engineered blend of salt, fat and sugar. These substances do affect the brain's pleasure centers. They help make snack foods and fast food addictive.
- Your body isn't used to the crap. When I was a young gayling, I'd drink soda by the 2 liter. In my 30's and early 40's I quit soda and now in my mid40's, if I have a soda, I immediately get the sugar crash and want to sleep.
I feel your pain OP, let this be a lesson to you. Save the garbage for people with more active metabolisms.
- LOL R4. Clever.
OP, Don't eat fast food if your're just going to complain about it. You already know it's not healthy. It's simple to avoid the problem.
