Question about Hulu

Why is it I can watch Raising Hope on Hulu but can't watch Big Bang Theory? Is it licensing issues or is BBT's network hanging onto the rights for dear life for some reason?

• Networks often don't control their shows, unless they're produced in house. BBT is produced by Warner Brothers, not CBS.

• Hulu was started by a joint venture of ABC, NBC and Fox. Of course you will never see CBS shows on there. Duh!

• I want to know when more local news shows will be available. I've really gotten to like watching NBC and WSJ national news segment by segment. I'd love to be able to watch the local news and skip the gory traffic accidents and blood-on-the-pavement crime reports.
