Invest in hip boots. Just saw a report that sea level 125,000 years ago, last time it was as hot as it's going to be in 100 years, 3 degrees hotter than today, was almost 30 feet higher. And they've identified how it can happen too. Antarctica being 45% below sea level, even small temperature changes will cause major ice shelf collapses.

• If I had property on a coast line, I'd sell now. We're eventually going to have to stop reimbursing people for damaged buildings in those areas. It would bankrupt us to pay for rebuilding again and again and again.
